I will do it someday but the barrier to entry is high. You want to have a good product and a good marketing campaign. To be honest, I was pretty turned off by Bob's video the first time he posted for a conference and so I never watched another. The smug feeling I had when we hit 20,000 soon turned into horror at the poor quality of the video when we left half a million behind. Lesson learned: Don't mess around with this. Either do it well, or don't do it. I'm uploading a better video as we speak in the full knowledge that I will probably get around 1% of the hits for it.
