Well, welcome to 2022. Besides changing the calendars I have hanging in my office and home, what's different?

  • I'm starting a new blog. This one. I'm focusing on Tailwind CSS 3 as it pertains to the Rails world. Why? Because IMO it's a game changer and I want to be part of that change.
  • It's time to find a full time job, doing what else? Ruby on Rails. If your team or startup is looking to add a developer who loves making the frontend a delight to users, let's talk.
  • There's a new book in the works. Tailwind CSS 3 for Rails Developers is just that: the latest, absolutely best info on converting from that tired old Bootstrap theme to the a design system that's perfect for your company or startup. Since tech moves way too fast, even for the best book publishers, I'll be bringing the content for this book right here - more details soon.

I'll be covering why I moved from Jekyll to Ghost Pro in a future post, but for now, it's a getting back to writing and far less fiddling with config settings, and that's a good thing.
